drowning but learned to swim..

i was walking..

and then i saw this man wearing a t-shirt with the words

"I was drowning in sorrows but they learned to swim."

i think it's really interesting.. and motivating as well..

    that's a line from a U2 song.

    here's another line from another U2 song:
    "A woman needs a man,
    like a fish needs a bicycle"

    They might be Irish proverbs, I'm not sure.
