Mmm.. will be hiring two new staff soon.. better start thinking about what factors in a new staff i should be looking for..

1. Attitude
2. Job fit
3. Teachable
4. Competency
5. Diligent & Hardworking
6. Exhibit professionalism
7. Teamwork
