the New York Times has a good but long article titled Happiness 101.. it's about positive psychologists work on positive psychology.

There're supporters, critics and skepticism on the usefulness and effectiveness of positive psychology.. as it still lacks sufficient evidence in the world of science.

Positive psychology is popular with educators because if happiness is something that can be learned, it can be taught.
