Dont know why.. this morning i just had a realisation!
I noticed that some people are so 'calm' when even things seems to be screwing up.. And they actually think they are 'calm'..
i think they're more numb than calm.. they lost their senses to know that things are not looking good.. that's the difference between a good leader and a so-so one! ;-)
